The Scottsdale, AZ facility has been operational since 1982 and acquired by Landmark Aviation April 1st 2006, has grown to a 7.1 acre complex occupying most of the center (commercial) ramp area at the Scottsdale Municipal Airport. The Scottsdale location specializes in aircraft operations, aircraft maintenance, aircraft charter, aircraft management, aircraft sales and a 24 hour full service FBO.

FIXED BASE OPERATIONS

The Scottsdale facility continues to provide outstanding service to the aviation community as evidenced by continual ratings in the top twenty-five FBOs nationally, every year. The Scottsdale Airport conducts over 200,000 operations (an operation is one arrival and one departure) annually. Our Scottsdale FBO delivers more than four million gallons of Jet A and Avgas into airplanes each year. At high volume times of the year, it is not uncommon to refuel more than 150 airplanes in a 24 hour period. We operate nine (9) refueling trucks with capacity up to 5,000 gallons each, and three fuel farms with a total storage capacity of 140,000 gallons of jet fuel and Avgas. The Scottsdale Airport does not have a pipeline for petroleum products. Therefore, it is not uncommon to receive seven (7) 8,000 gallon tanker truck deliveries on any given night. The facility operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week and never closes for any holidays or events. Over 110 employees staff the Scottsdale facility, including linemen, ground service equipment mechanics and customer service personnel. The balance of the employees are pilots, aircraft mechanics, parts technicians, avionics specialists and administrative support personnel.
FLIGHT OPERATIONS

A safe flight takes precedence over all other considerations. We have been the recipient of numerous NBAA safety awards for millions of safe passenger miles flown over the last two decades. We have maintained a dispatch reliability record in excess of 99%. We attribute this safety and reliability record to good management, superb aircraft maintenance, excellent training and sound administrative practices along with the high motivation of our pilots and support personnel.

MAINTENANCE

Corporate Jets, Inc. (d.b.a. Landmark Aviation) operates under strict corporate policies and guidelines, ensuring that aircraft safety and airworthiness are never compromised by scheduling or cost. Numerous maintenance awards and an excellent nationwide reputation attest to the success of that philosophy. Quality control is assured by the establishment of checks and balances through careful staffing, professionally-trained technicians, a large selection of specialized tools and equipment, extensive inventory and rigid inspection systems (including maintenance tracking programs) to assure that we support our own fleet and outside customer aircraft using the same non-compromising high standards. Our Scottsdale facility operates as a Learjet Authorized Service Center, a Honeywell Engine Service Center, A Pratt & Whitney Service Center and also a Cirrus Service Center. We offer a full range of avionics services, system installations and modifications, including RVSM. Additionally, we hold a Class III FAA-approved repair station airframe rating, Class 1 & 2 avionics ratings, and limited ratings for various aircraft, engines, avionics and specialized services.
